  1.   Personal Training:  45 minute in-home training session   $89

  2.   Personal Training:  30 or 45 minute TRX & 0-15 minute flexibility session  $89

  3.   Personal Training:  5 week advanced (2 visits/week) commitment  $800

  4.   Nutrition:  90 minute consult (incl. sample meals)    $135

  5.   Nutrition:  90 minute dining or grocery shopping (your favorite store)  $140

  6.   Nutrition:  Custom 1 week meal plan       $200
